The Return™
A 5-Day Somatic Integration with Land, Horse & Embodied Wisdom
July 24–28, 2025 | B Bar Ranch | Emigrant, Montana
“Be softer with you.
You are a breathing thing.
A memory to someone.
A home to a life.”
— Nayyirah Waheed
In a world of constant stimulation…
where women, as intuitive life-givers, often carry the invisible weight of disconnection, there is a part of you that has been holding everything: the plans, the pressure, the people, the proving.
And perhaps, without fully realizing it, you’ve been quietly wondering:
Where can I lay it all down and remember what’s real?
The Return™ is that place.
A sacred re-entry into your knowing. A place to be held without condition — by land, by the horse, by something within us older than time.
The Return™
This is for the woman who:
has been holding everything together—kids, work, relationships—and is finally ready to set it all down
feels her nervous system stretched thin by artificial living, constant noise, and endless stimulation
doesn’t need to become someone new
is ready to return to the version of herself that feels whole, clear, and deeply alive
Over five days of deep restoration and recalibration, you’ll attune to 3 sources of embodied wisdom:
The ancient, untouched Land that holds you
The intuitive presence of the Horse that mirrors you
Your own sovereign, sensing Self—the body that remembers
You’ll RETURN home with more than just rest. You’ll leave with a RE-TUNED body, a clearer Channel of intuition & a deeper relationship with your own energy — how to feel it, trust it & live from it.
The Land
Set on over 9,000 acres of protected wilderness in Paradise Valley, Montana, B Bar Ranch is more than a setting—it’s a sentient being. These ancient, lovingly tended acres hold a rhythm that’s older than words. As we walk, breathe, and soften into the wildness around us, our bodies begin to recalibrate. The Earth teaches not with language, but with resonance—restoring our sense of balance, presence, and belonging. Here, the body remembers its natural intelligence.
You will step into your wild, innate essence—your birthright to connect deeply with all that is.
The Horse
Once our partners in survival, now our companions in soul. The horse meets us exactly where we are—unfiltered, attuned, and awake. Through their intuitive mirroring, they reflect our inner state without judgment, inviting coherence, truth, and vulnerability. In their presence, old patterns lose their grip, and a deeper self emerges.
This is not about riding; it is about relationship. A movement into wholeness.
The Self
The Return is not a retreat — it’s a return to the part of you that has been quietly waiting for space, for stillness, for something to hold you while you let it all down. Through somatic practices, presence, and deep listening, you’ll learn to meet yourself with compassion, clarity, and trust. The work we do here is not separate from your life. It becomes your life—infused with vitality, rooted in connection, and aligned with truth.
This is a rewilding. A remembering. A reorientation toward what has always been within you—ready to rise.
Meet Your Facilitators
-
Tracey Bergrud
Lifelong Horsewoman & Land Steward
Tracey’s path of illness and healing initiated her into a profound, reciprocal relationship with Nature. Raised among horses and woods, she grew up on her family’s horse boarding facility, spending her formative years exploring the thick, mysterious forests behind her home—an early initiation into the sentience of the Land.
At the age of ten, a severe case of neurological Lyme disease altered the course of her life. What appeared as illness became a sacred transmission: a message from the Earth, delivered through the consciousness of the spirochete. This experience opened her to the deeper intelligence of Nature, setting her on a path of devotion to the subtle and unseen.
Over time, Tracey began weaving the technologies of the Horse, the body, and the Earth into a framework for healing that is both instinctual and spiritual. Her work guides others into their own living, breathing connection with the greater ecosystem—helping them reclaim vitality, coherence, and their natural place in the greater web of life.
Now based in Boulder, CO, Tracey remains deeply tied to the lands of Montana and the expansive West. She is a certified equine and canine massage therapist, a visionary equine craniosacral practitioner, and a forever student of energy, beauty, and the many dimensions of grief. Her work continues to unfold through embodied listening, acknowledging the metaphorical relationship of all animals and the wild with one’s Self, and reverence for Earth as teacher and kin.

Olive Evans
Somatic Energy Practitioner & Yoga Instructor
With a background in transpersonal psychology, intuitive healing, and trauma-informed care, Olive’s work invites women to return to the quiet knowing within, where clarity, vitality, and deep presence are not just felt, but lived.
Her path first opened in adolescence through a series of spontaneous out-of-body experiences—early glimpses into the subtle realms that revealed energy, consciousness, and the body as a vessel for spirit. Years later, she made the choice to step away from a life that no longer aligned, reclaiming her health from PCOS and endometriosis through energetic embodiment and radical self-honoring. What began as personal discovery became a lifelong devotion to energy, truth, and transformation.
Olive brings over two decades of formal study in consciousness, somatics, and energy, including certifications in Hatha Yoga, Tibetan Buddhism, Reiki, and Trauma-Informed Care. Her training in expanded states of awareness informs a unique approach that bridges the energetic and the earthly, the subtle and the seen, the inner and the infinite.
Her work supports women in moving beyond burnout and doubt into coherence, creativity, and deepened self-trust. She believes when a woman reclaims her energetic presence, she becomes a beacon and her radiance ripples outward into her family, community, and world.
Based in Atlanta, Olive lives with her daughters and partner—an artist and gardener—on a garden-filled sanctuary where presence, simplicity, and beauty are practiced daily (with varying degrees of success). Their home reflects the same intention she brings to her work—welcoming all of life’s moments, the messy and the magical, with awareness, grace, and the occasional deep breath.

You weren’t meant to carry it all alone.
You weren’t meant to go numb just to make it through the day.
There’s a deeper rhythm waiting—
beneath the burnout, the proving, the pressure.
A way of living that’s rooted, resonant, and real.
The Return™ isn’t a retreat from your life.
It’s a return to the source within it.
To the woman who knows how to listen.
To the body that remembers how to feel.
To the life that’s been waiting for your presence.
This is where everything begins again—within you.

These practices are not separate from daily life—they are life. Rooted in both personal inquiry and everyday presence, they offer a new way of relating that invites more fulfillment, a deeper connection, and true well-being.
We believe:
The land is not a backdrop, but a living presence—a sacred force that invites relationship, reflection, and reverence.
The horse offers a rare kind of truth—an intuitive, nonverbal mirror that sees us clearly and holds us without judgment. Their presence invites us to soften, to trust, and to return to what’s real.
The body is wise, and its unfolding is sacred. Not something to fix, but a compass that guides us home.
All of life is sentient—that we are not separate from nature, but expressions of it. The wildness we seek is already within us.
Beauty is devotion. Grief can be composted into grace. Presence is a form of prayer.
That when a woman returns to the Earth, stands in the presence of a horse, and roots into her innate wisdom something ancient is remembered & something whole is restored.
